Cultivar is a wholesale flower and plant cultivation operation. This policy covers the personal data we collect when a buyer browses the catalogue or sends a wholesale quote request through the site.
What we collect
The quote request form collects your name, company, email, the quantity you’re asking about, and an optional message. We also record your IP address for a few minutes to throttle spam submissions — that record expires automatically. We don’t run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.
How your request is handled
Submitting the form emails the order desk directly — it isn’t stored in a public database. We use it to reply with availability and lot pricing, and keep it only as long as needed to help with your order.
Your rights
Email us any time to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted.
